Gloucester High Students Build Underwater Robots with Help from Scientists

On October 24-25, students from Gloucester High School’s robotics club came to VIMS to learn about and build underwater robots.

Organized by VIMS visiting scientist Andrew Thaler and Virginia Sea Grant post-doctoral fellow Amy Freitag, students built robots are similar to those that scientists use for marine science research.
