On January 21, 2016, Virginia Sea Grant Graduate Research Fellow Joe Schmitt of Virginia Tech was challenged to tell an audience of non-scientists about his research. Schmitt’s presentation discussed the eating habits of non-native blue catfish and flathead catfish in Chesapeake Bay.
