President of Global Aquaculture Alliance George Chamberlain will kick-off the Virginia Aquaculture Conference with a presentation on global aquaculture sustainability and what it means for Virginian aqua farmers.
Chamberlain, who has worked toward aquaculture sustainability for more than 15 years in 30 countries, is just one of the internationally recognized seafood leaders who will be presenting during the 2011 Virginia Aquaculture Conference in Williamsburg, VA, November 18 and 19.
The biennial Virginia Aquaculture Conference is open to Virginia’s finfish and shellfish aqua farmers who are interested in hearing about upcoming aquaculture issues, exploring new developments in culture technology, and interacting with other culturists.
Early-bird registration is $85 until October 31, 2011.
